The food at Maria’s reflects her background but has developed an international flavor over the years. Consequently, visitors can still sample Maria’s famous conch chowder and home-baked rolls straight from the oven but they can also indulge in delicious lobster, steak, fish and, another specialty, liver. One welcome legacy from the days when Maria’s was a local restaurant – the portions here are distinctly on the generous side!
